STEAK  CASSEROLE

2 lbs Round or sirloin steak  (Will work well with venison also)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Baking Potatoes  thinly sliced
1 Large Onion thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
Salt and Pepper

1. Cut steak into serving size pieces.
2. Brown steak in a skillet on both sides.
3. In a greased casserole dish layer half of the browned steak pieces, half the potatoes and onions, 1 tablespoon of the flour sprinkled on, salt and pepper to taste, and half the soup.
4. Repeat layer with remaining half of ingredients.
5. Cover and bake at 350deg. for approx.. 50 min. or until steak, potatoes and onions are tender.
