
Southern Way - Peach Cobbler
3# Sliced peaches - fresh, frozen or canned
2c Flour
2c Sugar
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Stick of butter - melted
1. :Layer the peaches in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish
2. Mix the flour, sugar and eggs until the mixture is crumbly
3. Spread mixture evenly over the peaches
4. Spoon the melted butter over the top
5. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes - until the top is brown and cobbler is bubbly.
6. Serve with ice cream
