
Yellow Rice Pilaf
1/2 Onion
1 Carrott
1 Rib Celery
1 1/3 Stick Butter or Margarine
2 cups Par-boiled Rice
1 Tbl Salt
3 Cups Chicken Broth
1. Dice onions, celery and carrots into small pieces
2. melt the butter and saute vegetables in the oven
3. add the rice, sale and chicken broth to the butter and vegetables
4.stir and cook until the rice is done at 350 degrees - approx 45 minutes
