
Pork Chops with Dijon & Sour Cream Sauce
1 Cup: Chicken Broth
1 Cup: Sour Cream
2 Tbl + 2 Tsp: Dijon Mustard
2 Tbl + 2 Tsp: Stone Ground Mustard
2 Tsp: Corn Starch, Chopped Parsley, Salt & Pepper
4: Pork Chops
1. Heat a large skillet
2. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper and cook on high
heat until browned.
3. Transfer the pork chops to a baking sheet and place in a preheated 325-degree
oven. cook for
approximately 15-20 minutes until pork chops are cooked through.
4. While pork chops are in the oven, deglaze the skillet with chicken stock.
stir in sour cream, dijon mustard
stone ground mustard and corn starch. heat until sauce thickens
5. stir in parsley.
6. Plate pork chops and pour sauce over the chops.
