Gourmet Hamburgers w/ Herbs

Ingredients:

1.5# - ground prime chuck
1/4c - finely chopped parsley
1/4c - finely chopped fresh basil
1/4c - heavy cream
4 - toasted buttered rolls or bread slices
- salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)


1. Combine the parsley, chopped basil, salt, pepper and cream in a small bowl - mix well
2. Pour slowly over the meat, mixing lightly with hands
3. gently form 4 burgers
4. When the fire is ready, grill the burgers on an oild grid, each side 4 minutes for rare or longer for desired doneness. (6min for medium - 7-8 for well done)
5. Serve on buns with bacon, onion slices, tomatoes, and any of your favorite condiments.
