
German Pork Chops
4 Strips of Bacon
6 1-Inch Chops - Season with Salt Pepper
2 Small Cans Sliced Mushrooms with Broth
1 Sliced Onion
2 Tbl Butter
1. Brown the Bacon in a Skillet - Remove Bacon
2. Add the butter and brown the chops on one side - turn them over and top with the onion and brown the other side.
3. Pour the mushrooms and the broth over the chops and cook them covered for about 10 minutes on low heat or until done.
4. Serve with German Red Cabbage
