Boneless, Skinless Duck Breasts
- Cut into 1" Cubes
Bacon - Cut into thirds
Italian Dressing
Lawrey's Season Salt
6" Bamboo Skewers
1. Marinate duck in italian dressing for several hours or
overnight
2. Drain duck and season well with the seasoning salt
3. Wrap each cube with a 1/3 slice of bacon
4. Secure the bacon onto the duck with a bamboo skewer
5. Place on backing sheet and bake in a preheated 325-degree oven until bacon
is crisp.
