
Country Grits & Sausage Casserole
Yield: 10 Servings
3 cups: Cooked grits
12oz: Sharp Cheese, Grated
4 Eggs: Beaten
1 Cup: Milk
1/2 Tsp: Dried Whole Thyme
1/8 Tsp: Garlic (Granulated or Powder)
2#: Bulk Pork Sausage - Cooked, Crumbled & Drained
1. Combine all ingredients; Mix well
2. Pour into a baking dish
3. Cover and refrigerate over night
4. Remove from Refrigerator; Let stand at least 15 minutes
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
