
Cocnut Caramel Pie
Makes 3 Pies
Ingredients:
3/4 Stick of butter
1 Can - Sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
16oz. - Cool Whip
7oz. Coconut
8oz. cream cheese, softened
3 - graham cracker pie shells
1 cup - pecans, chopped
1 jar - caramel topping
Prep:
1. in a large skillet melt the butter
2. add the coconut and pecans - stir until toasted. set aside to cool
3. combine the milk and cream cheese in a mixer
4. fold the cool whip
5. pour into the 3 pie crusts
6. add the coconut and pecans to the top of the pies
7. drizzle the caramel topping on the top of the pies
8. freeze until needed
