
Simple Southern Biscuits
1 3/4 cup Self-Rising flour - sifted
1 cup heavy cream
1. Mix the flour and the cream together to create the dough. you may have to add more cream is the dough is too dry.
2. roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 1/4"
3. cut the dough with a biscuit cutter and place on a baking sheet
4.bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes of until golden brown.
