
BBQ Shrimp
1# - Kielbasa (or similar smoked sausage) cut into 1/2 inch squares
2# - Shell-on white shrimp
1 - stick of butter
1c(approx.) - chicken stock
Creole Seafood Seasoning (to taste)
1. Heat a large skillet and melt the butter.
2. Add the kielbasa and saute until brown.
3. Add the shell-on shrimp and toss with the kielbasa
4. As the shrimp begins to turn pink, sprinkle liberally with the creole seafood seasoning to taste.
5. Add enough chicken stock to create a ''sopping'' gravy and cook until the shrimp is cooked through.
6. Serve with a crusty type bread for dipping in the gravy.
