Peach Enchiladas
2 (8 oz.) tubes of crescent rolls 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
2 sticks of butter 1 tsp. cinnamon
4 firm peaches 1 (12 oz.) Mountain DewMelt butter, add sugar and cinnamon, unroll
crescents and place peach quarters in each one.
Roll from large end to small.
Place in 12” x 10” x 2” pan.
Pour butter mixture then Mountain Dew over rolls.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (yields 16 servings)
