Grilled Pork Tenderloin w/ Grilled Pineapple, Mac's Pride Peach Salsa & Jack Cheese

Grilled Pork Tenderloin
1pk. Pork Tenderloin
2T. Emeril's Asian Seasoning
2T. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
METHOD: Remove silver skin from pork and rub down with spices and oil. Prepare grill. Grill pork loin to medium and rest in a warm spot. When the pineapple is finished cooking slice the pork in bite size pieces.

METHOD:
Peel and slice pineapple 1⁄2 in. slices. Season and grill the pineapple so that there are nice grill marks. Remove and cut pineapple into bite size pieces.
To Finish: On a platter arrange pork, pineapple, sliced cheese and crackers. Serve with Mac's Pride Peachy Salsa and enjoy.
