JACK DANIELS BARBEQUE QUAIL
            

Ingredients
              2 Quail
              Olive Oil
              Medium Red Onion
              Medium Yellow Onion
              8 oz. Mushrooms
              2 oz. Jack Daniels Whiskey
              10 oz. Macs Pride Peach Bar-be-que Sauce (macspride.com)
           

Directions
            Heat saute pan and coat with olive oil.  Sear quail on both sides.  Cut up onions
            and mushrooms and place in saute pan with quail.  Cook onions and mushrooms
            until tender.  (Important)  Take pan off of stove add Jack Daniels (If you leave on
            stove and pour alcohol in you may be burned, because it will flame up.  After
            putting Jack Daniels in pan, place on stove very carefully.  Let cook until flame
            burns out.  Pour barbeque sauce in and let slowly cook for 10 - 15 minutes. Can
            be served over rice or just by itself.
