Grits Casserole
Ingredients
- 16 oz Mild sausage
- 6 whole eggs
- ½ cup of grated Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomatoes, cored and diced
- ½ cup of diced onions
- ½ cup of diced peppers
- 1 cup of Grits
1) Cook Grits as directed on your package
2) Brown sausage and drain
3) Mix grits, sausage, eggs, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions and peppers
4) Season with salt and pepper to taste
5) Spray casserole with nonstick spray
6) Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
