Grilled quail glazed with honey

Ingredients

- 2 quail split in half

- ½ cup of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of garlic

- salt, pepper

- ¼ cup of pure honey

- 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar

1) Mix olive oil and garlic, pour over quail, season quail and marinade over night.

2) Grill the quail (constantly turning)

3) Mix honey and cider vinegar

4) Brush honey mixture when quail is close to being done
