Chili

Ingredients

- 2 pounds of ground beef or venison

- Olive oil as needed

- ½ cup of chopped garlic

- 1 cup of chopped onions

- 1 cup of chopped peppers

- 1 pint of tomato puree

- 1 pint of stewed or diced tomatoes

- 3 cups of beef stock

- 1/2 pound of kidney beans

- 1/2 pound of pinto beans

- Chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce

1) Brown meat in stock pot, drain, set aside

2) Add enough olive oil to sauté garlic, peppers and onions

3) Add meat back to pot and season with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper (You may also add onion powder, garlic powder or granulated garlic)

4) Add tomato puree and diced tomatoes, cook for 15 minutes

5) Add beef stock and simmer for another 15-20 minutes

6) Add kidney and pinto (already cook!), simmer for 10-15 minutes

7) Add Tabasco, taste, adjust to you taste
