Bourbon Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

- 2 cups of bourbon

- 2 cups soy sauce

- 1/3 cup ginger, fresh, grated

- 1/3 cup black pepper

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced

- 1 ½ ounces sesame oil

- 8 (6 oz) salmon fillets

Combine all ingredients and marinate salmon for 24 hours. You may add some water to dilute the soy sauce if you want to marinate for more than 24 hours. You may also add some lime juice or slices of fresh limes.
