London Broil with Grilled Portabella and Scallion with Horseradish Sauce
London Broil
1ea. Large London Broil Steak, Top or Bottom Round and also Flank
3T. Wild Rooster Steak Rub
Kosher Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to Coat
METHOD: Rub steak with seasonings and allow to sit at least 2 hours. Prepare
grill. Grill steak 5-6 minutes on each side for a medium rare. Remove steak
and allow to rest while you cook the mushrooms and scallions.
Portabella and Scallions
3ea. Large Portabella's
2T. Balsamic Vinegar
5T. Olive Oil
2ea. Bunches of Scallions
Kosher Salt and Fresh Black Pepper
METHOD: Mix vinegar and oil and pour over mushrooms and scallions. Season with
salt and pepper and grill until the mushrooms and onions start to wilt and are
tender.
Horseradish Sauce
2c. Mayonnaise
1T. Prepared Horseradish
2t. Worcestershire Sauce
2t. Hot Sauce
1t. Lemon Juice
2t. Red Wine Vinegar
1T. Dijon Mustard
METHOD: Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Taste the sauce
and if you think it needs more heat add a little more horseradish and hot sauce.
