Leg of Wild Boar Salad
Ingredients
- Leg of wild boar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper, black
- Whole peeled garlic
- Thyme
- Crushed red pepper
- Granulated garlic
1) Sear leg on grill or very hot oven
2) Put leg in oven on 325-350 degrees
3) Let leg cook until almost falling off the bone
• Let boar marinate at least one hour up to 24 hours
