Almond Crusted Bass
Ingredients
- Crushed almonds
- 6 oz fillet of Bass
- Olive Oil
- Salt, pepper, thyme, granulated garlic and onion powder
- Rub bass with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on fish
- Take almonds and encrust the bass until fully coated
- Heat saute pan and add olive oil
- Saute bass until the almonds are toasted brown( about 2 minutes on each side)
- Finish the bass in the oven at 350 F for about 8 minutes.
